Worth the march up the hill. Best view of the city. Rude Chinese vendors though. You'd think for $7 a ticket they'd be a bit more polite.

Don't climb up Coit Tower as a shortcut to the other side. It's hard work!
Coit Tower is a monument to the firefighters of San Francisco. It was commissioned by Lillie Hitchcock Coit, a wealthy socialite who loved to chase fires. It took 5 years to construct.

The walk to the tower is a killer but worth every step when you catch the views from up top...
Walk up the steps from Levi Plaza for some exercise and a gorgeous hike along some private gardens.
When you are in SF you need to come here & check out the view of the city... Most Amazing!
